Wireless Messaging for BlackBerries

MW10 Wireless Messaging Service

This service enables connectivity to the Enterprise messaging system (e-mail) from Blackberry wireless handheld units. These units operate independently of the user's workstation yet provide wireless synchronization of emails, calendar events, contacts, etc. Service Desk Support is included 24x7x365.

Support staff is available Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Emergency after hour pager support is available.
