Print Services, Network / Mainframe (Batch Printing)
COT can produce paper output for our customers generated by either a network user or mainframe batch job. This is done with the use of high speed Xerox laser printers, which can print mainframe output up to 180 pages per minute (ppm).
Network print is paper output generated by network software. This could be Word, EXCEL, etc. (anything that creates postcript). We offer duplex or single sided printing on regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper, 8 1/2 x 11 3 hole punch, and 8 1/2 x 14 legal in either portrait or landscape.

Hardcopy printing is offered at a “per 100 pages” rate. Each agency is encouraged to analyze their individual business needs and printing costs, and consider online storage options whenever appropriate.
Support staff is available Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
