EPMO Mission
The EPMO within the Commonwealth Office of Technology will be the preferred, collaborative, professional project management organization for all aspects of project management for cabinets or agencies across the Commonwealth. The EPMO provides leadership for the improvement and expansion of Project Management throughout the Enterprise through coordination, communication, standardization, measurement, mentoring and coaching.
